Most travel sites list the same top-ten sights. The trips people actually remember are built around the quieter places: the museum nobody queues for, the ruin reclaimed by a garden, the viewpoint locals keep to themselves. Buktrip is an independent travel guide built entirely around those.
What we do
We research the hidden gems of each city and write honest, original guides — what each place is, why it’s worth the detour, how to visit, opening hours and cost, plus a half-day route to string them together. Where it genuinely helps, we point you to small-group experiences and tours you can book with a trusted partner.
Where we are today
We’re live with hidden-gems guides across 49 cities, from Rome, Paris and London to Tokyo, Barcelona and New York. Every guide is hand-built, with real photography of the actual places — never stock filler or AI mock-ups.
Where we’re heading
This is the very beginning. The plan, in order:

- Go deeper on our top destinations — growing each into a richer set of guides and categories beyond hidden gems.
- Keep building, every day. Covering the full plan is a journey of months, not weeks, and we’re committed to it.
